Yawn Advent Calendar Day 6 – Cinnapple Green

Day 6 of the Yawn Brew advent calendar has brought forth Cinnapple Green, a blend of green tea, apple, cinnamon, rose, safflower and natural flavours.

At first sip, this apple and cinnamon concoction seems a bit like one of those fruity herbal nonsenses, except then it rests in your mouth a moment and slips silkily down your throat and it tastes wonderfully of Camelia sinensis. And the whole experience becomes rather magical. It’s calming and uplifting, and I feel like a better person – mentally and physically – for having drunk it.

The whole experience has vindicated my non-tea prejudices. Cinnapple Green demonstrates far better than words ever could exactly how to fix fruity tisanes. Put some tea in them.

It’s so simple, isn’t it? Right, now I’m on a roll, I’m off to sort out everything else that’s wrong with the world.
